This super-easy jam gets all its thickness from chia seeds, not from a lot of added sugar. Taste the finished jam; if you would like it sweeter, stir in 1 teaspoon honey at a time. It’s fabulous on toast and pancakes, and as a topping for oatmeal and yogurt.
